Payment method was declined
Check that your payment information, such as postal code, security code, expiration date are correct. If not, sign into your account and select manage payment method. You can also try a different payment method. If everything is correct, please enter a new payment method. If you are still having trouble, make sure your payment method supports e-commerce transactions.
If you cannot sign into your account, and your payment method is being declined, you will automatically be taken to a page to update your payment method.
Payment method is not accepted
There are many options to pay for Kokotree including credit cards or debit cards and third parties. If one of our excepted payment methods is not showing, please contact us for help.
Account canceled or suspended unexpectedly
This only happens if your payment method is declined. If you can still sign in, please enter a different payment method. If you cannot sign in, and your payment method is being declined, you will be redirected to a page where you can update your payment method.
